The highly successful GEO320 MRH warm mix asphalt bitumen research prototype field trial was made with GEO320 colored pigmentable asphalt bitumen binder that was thoroughly tested by in Melbourne December 2-2000. Note the lack of generated fumes from the warm mix asphalt that was laid at 110 deg Celsius.
GEO320 Mastic Roller Hybrid MRH warm mix colored asphalt research and testing binder was successfully applied to a thickness of only 30mm using a 7mm dense graded mix design with 0,9% Voids, normally a standard 14 or 20 mm mix design with 5% Voids would be placed on an area like this one, the pigment loading was only 0.7%. The high performance of GEO320 MRH (Mastic Roller Hybrid) warm mix asphalt was demonstrated on a asphalt truck weighing station, the fully loaded asphalt trucks that stop here weigh in excess of 40 tons when fully loaded. The surface has had no change since application in December 2000.

GEO320 MRH (Mastic Roller Hybrid) warm mix pigmentable colored bio bitumen asphalt that is environmentally friendly world first state of the art adhesives binder technologies which have been research, tested and developed to provide an alternative bitumen asphalt product that have zero-negative ecological and Occupational Health and Safety impact with improved performance characteristics over petroleum based bitumen. Ecopave Australia formerly (Mastech) developed the world first GEO320 MRH Warm Mix WMA bitumen asphalt technology in Australia in the mid 1980's based on waste raw materials derived from renewable plant and biomass resources.
